Wall of Africa was founded by Akparobo Victory Umukoro — a Nigerian entrepreneur with deep roots in the Niger Delta and a conviction that Africa's extraordinary commodity wealth deserves a trading infrastructure built to the highest standards of verification, responsibility, and transparency.
Growing up in Nigeria and building a life across continents, Victory witnessed first-hand the gap between Africa's natural resource abundance and the verified, compliant supply chains that global industrial buyers require. That gap — between what Africa produces and what the world can confidently buy — is the infrastructure Wall of Africa exists to build.
Wall of Africa LLC was incorporated in Wyoming, United States in 2026 — not as a departure from Africa, but as a deliberate decision to access the world's most trusted financial and legal infrastructure on behalf of African commodity supply. The American headquarters serves as the global trading hub. The Nigerian operations serve as the sourcing foundation. The flow is one direction — Africa to the world.
Wall of Africa operates through two entities — one in the United States, one in Nigeria — forming a complete and legally documented supply chain from African source to global buyer.
Wall of Africa LLC is incorporated in Wyoming, United States. It is the global trading arm — responsible for buyer relationships, trade finance, international logistics, and USD settlement. It is registered with the IRS, holds an Employer Identification Number, and operates as a licensed US importer of record.
Wall of Africa Nigeria Ltd is the Nigerian operating entity — currently being established under the Corporate Affairs Commission. It is the sourcing arm — responsible for purchasing from licensed Nigerian commodity operators, coordinating independent certification, filing export documentation, and managing the chain of custody from source to ship.
